I will  take care of your move: From finding just the right home to making sure you are paying the best price possible.  No surprises!  I specialize in residential real estate sales.  I also serve clients who are buying or selling investment properties, both single family and multi-unit buildings. 

My services as your Buyer Agent are paid at closing from the seller's proceeds.

    • Assist Buyers with loan application/approval process
    • Educate Buyers on complete home-buying process
    • Determine home search area that matches Buyer’s requirements
    • Set a limit on home purchase price and resulting monthly payment
    • Provide a detailed total cost estimate prior to viewing homes

    • Email home fliers prior to viewings
    • Tour homes of interest until we find the perfect choice
    • Furnish Buyers with Market Analysis for chosen property to "Minimize Price"
    • Write successful contract to protect Buyer
    • Coordinate home inspection by licensed inspector
    • Negotiate repairs or allowances as required by inspection
    • Coordinate home appraisal if required by lender
    • Carefully manage all transaction details through to closing
    • Follow up with Buyers after purchase to assure satisfaction
  • Home Seller Services

    I will  take care of your move: From preparing your home for sale to managing all details of the sales contract and seeing to it that tthe closing at the title company office meets your expectations. My experience in selling homes all the time means you can relax.

    My services as your Listing Agent can be paid as commissions or as a la carte fees for the particular services you choose.

      • analyze most recent sales of comparable homes
      • analyze competing, similar homes for sale in the neighborhood
      • analyze  what sells a home in current market
    • Educate Sellers on complete home-selling process (sales contract forms)
    • Provide a detailed cost estimate of Seller's net proceeds of sale 
    • Mutually agree on asking price and marketing plan
    • Advise Seller of available Associated Services  such as contractors or title companies
    • Review recommendations to prepare home for showings
    • Help stage the home for the very best first impression
    • Prepare and distribute top-of-the-line marketing materials 
    • Advertise home immediately on Internet and local MLS
    • Promote sale to other brokers and Realtor® Associations
    • Arrange showings by other brokers 7 days/week per Seller’s directions
    • Present the sales offer and advise on details of response
    • Negotiate a successful contract that protects the Seller's financial interests
    • Screen Buyer’s qualifications as thoroughly as possible
    • Monitor the Buyer’s sales contract deadlines, such as home inspection
    • Negotiate any requests from Buyer as a result of the inspection
    • Arrange for title insurance and closing services
    • Carefully manage transaction details through to on-time closing
